1 Introduction

3 Account Registration and Security
Each player may register only one account on the Platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts – whether under the same or different names – is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonus funds.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your registration details current. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Beth88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately at support@beth88.app.
- Do not share your password with anyone, including family members or friends.
- Use a strong, unique password and update it regularly.
- Always log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
- Enable any two-factor authentication options available on your account.
Beth88 reserves the right to refuse registration or close an existing account at our sole discretion, particularly where we have reason to believe that the Terms have been or may be breached.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the beth88 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.
Deposits: Funds deposited to your beth88 account are available for use on the Platform. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Beth88 does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. We reserve the right to carry out identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 unless otherwise stated. Withdrawal processing times vary by method but are typically completed within 24 hours for verified accounts.
- Funds in your beth88 account may not be transferred to another player's account.
- Beth88 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name.
- We reserve the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.
- Dormant accounts (no login activity for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity fee of ₱100 per month, applied to any remaining balance.
5 Betting Rules
All bets placed on the beth88 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, game, or event. These rules are made available within the relevant section of the Platform and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
General betting rules that apply across all products on beth88 include:
- All bets are final once confirmed. No bet may be cancelled or altered after it has been accepted by the Platform.
- Beth88 reserves the right to void any bet at any time if we have reason to believe it was placed in error, was the result of a technical fault, or involved irregular or suspicious activity.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed at the point of placing the bet.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

8 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the beth88 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or any time thereafter.

- Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or circumvent any game, betting market, or promotional offer.

- Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider betting.
- Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or beth88 staff through any channel.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.
9 Account Suspension and Closure
Beth88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplemental policy.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
- Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
- A player's account being used by or for the benefit of a person who does not meet the eligibility requirements.
- Receipt of a chargeback or dispute from a bank or payment provider.
Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is established, remaining balances after deduction of any applicable bonus funds will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting our support team at support@beth88.app. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.
10 Privacy and Data Protection

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.
In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are not permitted, our liability to you shall be limited to the total amount deposited by you to the Platform in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12 Changes to These Terms
Beth88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
